Our comprehensive Wedding & Event Package is perfect for couples planning a full wedding day with all of the bells and whistles or for anyone seeking coordination for a special event or party.
- Initial consultation to discuss your vision and needs 6 weeks prior to event.
- Creation of a detailed timeline and wedding day schedule.
- Vendor coordination, including contract review and management.
- Venue walkthrough to finalize logistics and details.
- Rehearsal coordination (if applicable).
- Day-of coordination with an assistant to oversee setup and teardown, manage vendors, and troubleshoot any issues.
- Unlimited communication leading up to your wedding day.
- Entire day of coordination on the day of the event. *Up to 12 hours.
